Program Outcomes
Program outcomes are the standards by which the effectiveness of the program is measured.
These outcomes are:
The graduates of Ellis School of Nursing will achieve a passing rate on NCLEX-RN equal or greater than the national average on their first attempt.
The completion/graduation rate will be at or above the national average based on the number of students in a class who graduate within 150% of the program time.
Ninety percent of graduates actively seeking employment will secure a nursing position within six months of graduation.
Graduates will report 100% satisfaction with the educational program at ESON one year and five years after graduation.
Graduates will report a satisfactory level of competence as reflected in the systematic evaluation graduate survey at one and five years after graduation.
Employers will report 100% satisfaction with our graduates at one and five years after graduation.
Employers will report satisfaction with competence of graduates as reflected in the systematic evaluation employer survey at one and five years after graduation.
Eighty-five percent of graduates will participate in continuing education in nursing five years after graduation.
